“As far as I can remember I have always been an active person. At the early age of five my mother put me in dance. Later as a teenager she would catch me practicing in a dark kitchen late at night. I told her that the slippery floors made my pirouettes effortless. Little did I know that this self-motivated and ambitious behavior would land me in movies and stages dancing aside iconic music artists but later prepare me to lead a fitness class and become a CEO of my very own brand. In 2009, was when fitness came into my life. I became a certified fitness instructor and my love for group fitness began along with my journey into the world of on-camera fitness modeling. As a wife and mother of two amazing children I know firsthand the value of time. I personally like my workouts to get straight to the point and deliver results. I teach fitness because I enjoy giving people inspiration for a healthy lifestyle and by the end of class I want my students to fell stronger and more empowered than when they first walked in!"
