Let's talk about a healthy snack option that I absolutely love that is easy to make and you most likely have already in your fridge.


🥚 EGGS!!!!


Beyond their taste and health benefits, these boiled eggs are super portable and my favorite part is that they can be prepped easily ahead of time.


Two hard-boiled eggs provide almost 15% of your daily iron requirements. Provides 12 grams of protein for every 2 eggs.


Eggs are packed with nutrients including Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Choline, and Iron.


PRO TIP: Keep the shell on if you are making a bunch for 3 days. It helps with food poisoning.
