So I get it❤️ We sometimes don't have all the necessary equipment to get the journey started or even know the best things to get started. You don't need to have expensive $2000 equipmemt either. So here is a list of what I believe to be the most important and will DEFINITELY get the job DONE ✔️ 💪🏾

💪🏾Pull-Up Bar: Easily mounts in a doorway for effective upper body workouts.


💪🏾Sliders: Perfect for enhancing bodyweight exercises, especially for targeting the core and lower body.


💪🏾Foam Roller: Aids in recovery and flexibility, promoting better overall fitness.
